Applied Research in VET

Centers of Vocational Excellence play an important role in bringing together regional skills ecosystems. Even though in many cases VET is associated with education and training purposes, their role can be bigger with extended services to the stakeholders in the skills ecosystem, playing an important role in innovation and applied research for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. In this workshop you will learn more about this pivotal role of CoVEs, based on the experience of two Erasmus Forward Looking Projects, AIR in VET and BARCOVE, as well as the experience of the DIHUB project in Helsinki.
