Sectoral workshop: Tourism and Food

Throughout Europea Centers of Vocational Excellence and similar national initiatives are bringing together regional skills ecosystem to address the needs of the tourism and food sectors. The goal of this sectoral workshop is to bring together all initiatives and people working on this topic to share knowledge, learn from each other and create synergies. Join the conversation and help answering the following two central questions of this interactive session:

1. How to use data management to steer and support the transformation of a business model and take ownership of a new trajectory?
2. Making cross-exchanges on the expectations and needs of tourism professionals in Europe with regard to the challenges of ecological and societal transition
