Participants

Registration for the Forum on Vocational Excellence is now closed, and we are delighted to welcome around 400 participants. The group represents a rich variety of European and national CoVE initiatives, educational institutions at many levels, European and national interest organisations, European institutions, and national ministries. It is now time to make your detailed selection of 2 workshops for the 9th of September and 1 study trip for the 10th of September.

Participation fee and payment

The participation fee to join the Forum on Vocational Excellence is €100 which will cover the entire participation in the Forum. You should count on paying for food on Monday evening after the welcome reception, as a full meal will not be served.

You can choose to pay either in EUR (preferable for all other than Danish participants) or in DKK in the following way:

Transfer 100 EUR to ING bank account IBAN: BE14310125702083 & SWIFT: BBRUBEBB. Beneficiary name: South Denmark European Office.

Registration for Workshops and Study Visits

It is now time for you to make your detailed registration regarding the 2 workshops for the 9th of September and the study visit on the 10th of September that you would like to join. For the workshops there will be a maximum participation of 25 and as for the study visit 50 participants, so don't wait too long to make your choices if you want to make sure to get your top priorities. You’ll find the registration links in the participant information email you’ve received.

After receiving confirmation of your participation in the Forum, you can start booking your accommodation and make your travel arrangements.

Transport Information

We strongly encourage everyone to travel green and mind your footprint. Please take the train whenever it is possible. Kolding is wel connected to the international train network. If you decide to fly however, please find the information for flights to Denmark below:

Restaurants

Kolding is a smaller city and we will therefore make sure that restaurants and bars are informed that the conference is taking place.

The restaurants have been informed that quite a lot of people will be in town. Please arrange with your groups of partners and / or friends and contact the restaurants beforehand to make sure you have a table and they know you are coming.
