Reskilling & Upskilling: Approaches from the NL & Norway

This interactive session brings together expertise from two European countries leading the way in hydrogen-economy workforce transformation. Representatives from the NL and Norway will share their experiences reskilling and upskilling programs. In addition, they will present data on the skills most in demand in their respective countries, along with the types of education and training required to meet these needs. Participants will gain practical insights into proven and innovative practices across different cultural contexts and the hydrogen value chains. Throughout the session there are opportunities for discussions and questions.
