Are you ready to uncover the secret recipes for Vocational Excellence? Join us at our interactive workshop and dive into Cookbook on Vocational Excellence developed as part of the EU-funded Internationalising Vocational Excellence initiative.  

Through focus groups conducted at the start of the second phase of the initiative, the need for a kind of FAQ, roadmap or recipe on becoming a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) emerged—so we took up the challenge and created a full culinary experience! 

At this workshop, you will: 

• Discover the key ingredients of vocational excellence: Teacher quality and development, content aligned with labour market and societal needs, partnerships and a dynamic ecosystem, quality assurance processes that drive improvement, innovative pedagogy and workplace-integrated learning, applied research for practical impact, lifelong career guidance to support learners’ journeys 
• Learn about essential kitchen tools: Governance and Leadership, Funding, and Internationalisation. 
• Get hands-on experience as you create your own recipes for vocational excellence using our carefully crafted tools and ingredients. 

By the end of the session, all participants will receive the booklet ‘A Taste of Vocational Excellence: International Recipes for Skills Development,’ featuring inspirational recipes from CoVEs in Canada, Finland, France, Georgia, Italy, Moldova, Morocco, Singapore, Spain, Tunisia, and Türkiye. We will also inform you about the next steps to strengthen the International dimension of Vocational Excellence.
