Greenovet conference: Vocational Excellence for a Green Europe

Wednesday 5 June 2024 from 09:00 until 6 June 2024 09:00

After enhancing green skills in a wide variety of sectors for four years, the Greenovet partners are excited to share their insights, results and lessons learned with you. Make sure you don't miss out on this exiting and uplifting conference and save the date in your agenda.

GREENOVET is an international project in the frame of ERASMUS+ KA3 with 18 project partners from 4 European countries that supports the development of Vocational Education and Training (VET) excellence in the field of green innovation across Europe. The overall objective is to connect actors at regional, national as well as transnational level with each other and with key stakeholders of local innovation and skills ecosystems. This is achieved through the establishment of 4 "Centres of Professional Excellence" (CoVEs), in Austria Finland, North Macedonia, and Portugal.

The vision of the Austrian CoVE “Green Tech Academy – GRETA” is to become one of the leading competence centres for vocational and scientific education in the field of green innovation in Styria/Austria. GRETA sees itself as a future-oriented knowledge and information hub that promotes cooperation in the knowledge triangle - research, business, education - in order to be able to establish future-oriented educational measures for vocational training at all levels. The added value of GRETA lies in the joint strength of its members, their exchange of ideas and their cooperation with representatives of various interest groups and institutions.
The final conference of Greenovet will take place next year in Graz.
