Project management: tips, tricks and life hacks

The project management of a Center of Vocational Excellence is an art in itself: managing a large consortium, with different kinds of stakeholders, with regional activities ánd cross European ones. How to do this as efficient as possible using the latest digital tools, providing sound project management and tackling issues like GDPR and carbon footprint tracking is at the center of this workshop. You will get tips, tricks and best practices from other CoVE projects, while you are more than welcome to share your lessons learned and project management life hacks.
